The South African Traditional Food Festival (SATFF) is the first of it's kind event in South Africa. The event showcases the best of the original Mzansi cuisine. Everybody in the traditional food industry are invited to paticipate, to showcase their styles of food and creativity. And food lovers from all over the country are also invited to come and enjoy the event.

The Objectives of the event:
1. To showcase the competitiveness of the traditional food industry in Mzansi (SA).
2. To bring together SA traditional food cooks, chefs, restaurant owners and others under one roof.
3. To expose the traditional food makers to more information and resources in the food industry in order to help them grow and be more creative.
4. Develop the traditional food industry to be more innovative in SA and attractive to rest of the world.
5. To unite all South African traditions and cultures and their skills.
